At Juice we also offer an Express Delivery service on most of our products. As long as you place your order before 12pm we’ll have it with you within 1-2 working days!

If any of your items arrive damaged, you must notify Juice within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
This includes sending us details and evidence of damage/packaging, etc (pictures/photos). Due to strict insurance terms imposed by our couriers, any damages must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will remove any liability from Juice or our couriers and you may be unable to claim any replacement or refund.
If you wish to return your order from Juice Electrical, or there is a problem, please notify us immediately. Before returning an item to us, you must provide us with all necessary information stating why you wish to do so. To notify us of any faults or problems with your order please do so by visiting our ‘Contact Us‘ page.
Subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Juice Electrical Supplies Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis. Please ensure suitability prior to buying.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and providing the goods are unopened, unused and in a resalable condition, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price excluding P&P. Please ensure you notify our returns team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the return so we can issue a returns number.
All returns are fully inspected once they arrive in our warehouse and, if any product is returned in an unsaleable condition, this includes the item’s external packaging, Juice reserves the right to reject any refund or apply a handling charge. We will, however, discuss this with you before taking any action.
Please ensure that you return any goods in an outer box or packaging as they will not be resaleable with handwriting, scuffs or labels stuck on the actual product box.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as the returned product has been processed.
You will only be reimbursed for the delivery costs if the product is faulty, or was a delivery error made by Juice Electrical Supplies Ltd.
If an item is thought to be faulty and no fault is found, the customer is responsible for the cost of return carriage.
Please be aware that any photographs used on the site are supplied by each supplier and are taken under professional lighting conditions. We cannot be responsible for the cost of return for items with a difference of likeness in colour, shade or appearance.
Due to palletised deliveries/collections and supplier restocking fees, any returns or exchanges of radiators may incur additional charges. Please email email@example.com for more information.
